Payment is accepted via Paypal. A 50% deposit is required before I begin work on your project.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before the final files are delivered.

Pricing varies depending on the complexity, detail, and time required for each project. After receiving your project details, I will provide you with a quote.

Prices are non-negotiable once agreed upon.

I will provide you with at least weekly WIP photos/videos during the process. The model will be completed in 3 stages.

Modeling > Texturing > Rigging

I will ask for confirmation before beginning a new stage. If you have any feedback or revision requests, please let it be known before confirming each stage. Frequent revision requests or large revision requests may incur extra fees. Requesting changes after a stage has been completed may incur an extra fee.

Once the model is completed, revisions will only be made if there are bugs affecting the intended functionality of the model. (Example: a weight painting error making the model move strangely in VR.)

If a refund is requested before work begins, you will receive a full refund.

If work has already begun, I reserve the right to keep a percentage or full down-payment depending on how much work has been completed.

I will not issue any refunds once full payment has been made and the model has been delivered and approved of. You will frequently be contacted with updates throughout the process and you are responsible for giving feedback at this time if you are dissatisfied.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any or no reason. If the commission is less than 50% complete at the time of my cancellation, the commissioner shall receive a full refund and the files will be destroyed. If 50% or more of the commission is complete, the commissioner can choose one of the following:

a.) Full refund and files destroyed.

b.)The initial deposit will not be refunded and the commissioner will be sent the unfinished file(s).

Please credit me anywhere you use your model. Do not claim my work as your own.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing the rights to use and own this model for your own use. You are not allowed to sell, redistribute, or hand over said ownership to another individual or corporation.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have the rights to your design.

I retain the right to use images/video of the model in my portfolio and for promotional purposes.

If you read my TOS, please use the word "pineapple" on the application when asked.

You ARE allowed to use the model for vtuber activities.

You ARE allowed to use photos/images of the model for commercial purposes including merchandise.

You do not have the right to use the model in any activities or manner that involves illegal, offensive, or explicit content, as well as any content that may infringe upon the rights of others.~
